How Login Works on 97pak

Logging in to your 97pak account is a straightforward process. You enter the Pakistani mobile number you registered with, your password, and you're in. If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled — which we strongly recommend — you will also receive an OTP on your registered number that you need to enter before access is granted.

The login page is the same whether you're on a desktop browser, your phone's browser or the 97pak Android app. Your session stays active on the device you're using for a reasonable period, so you don't have to sign in every single time unless you log out manually or your session expires for security reasons.

If you are logging in from a device you haven't used before, the platform may prompt for additional verification. This is a security measure to protect your account from unauthorised access, especially if someone else gets hold of your password.

Keeping Your Login Secure

Your 97pak account is directly connected to your PKR balance and payment methods. A compromised account is a serious problem — your funds, bonuses and personal information are all at risk. Taking a few simple steps dramatically reduces the chance of anyone getting unauthorised access to your account.

Forgotten Password — How to Recover Access

If you've forgotten your 97pak password, account recovery is handled through your registered Pakistani mobile number. Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page and follow the steps. You'll receive an OTP on your number which allows you to set a new password and regain access.

A few things that affect this process:

• Your registered mobile number must still be active and in your possession. If you've changed your number and didn't update your 97pak account, contact support directly via live chat to work through a manual verification process.
• OTPs expire within a short window. Enter the code promptly once you receive it — if it expires, request a new one rather than trying an expired code multiple times.
• If you receive an OTP you didn't request, ignore it and do not share the code with anyone. This means someone else is attempting to initiate a password reset on your account — contact support to report it.

Logging In on the 97pak App

The 97pak Android app is available for download from the App page. Once installed, the login experience is essentially identical to the browser version — enter your mobile number, your password, and your OTP if 2FA is active. The difference is that the app retains your session more reliably between uses and generally loads faster on a Pakistani mobile data connection.

The app also gives you push notifications for things like deposit confirmations, withdrawal processing updates and live match alerts if you have active bets. These can be managed from your phone's notification settings if you prefer not to receive them.

If you use both the app and a browser, your account balance, bets and settings are synchronised — it's the same account regardless of which way you access it. You can log in on multiple devices, but for security, only use devices you trust and log out of devices you're done with.

One Account Per Person — Why It Matters

97pak strictly enforces a one account per person policy. If you already have a 97pak account and can't get into it, the correct approach is to recover access through the password reset process or contact support — not to create a new account.
