Before reading the full terms, here are the most important points that affect your day-to-day experience on 97pak.
Each player may hold one account. Duplicate accounts result in suspension of all involved accounts and forfeiture of associated balances and bonuses.
All transactions on 97pak are in Pakistani Rupees. JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards are supported. Withdrawals go only to verified accounts in your own name.
All bonuses credited to your account carry wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal. Minimum odds and qualifying game restrictions apply per promotion.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you (the player) and 97pak ("the platform," "we," "us"). By registering for an account and using the 97pak platform — including its website, mobile applications, sports betting section, live casino, slots and all associated services — you agree to these Terms in full.
97pak is an online gaming and sports betting platform intended for adult users in Pakistan. All services are provided for entertainment purposes. The platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and supports local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast as primary options.
These Terms apply alongside any specific promotion or bonus terms communicated separately. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms will take precedence for that promotion.
Each individual person may hold exactly one account on 97pak. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different phone numbers or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided at registration and during KYC verification is accurate and up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — will result in account suspension.
KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal, you must complete CNIC-based identity verification by uploading a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie. This is a one-time requirement. 97pak reserves the right to request re-verification at any time as a standard security measure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
All deposits on 97pak are processed in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), debit cards and other mobile wallet options displayed in your account dashboard.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is PKR 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer minimums are higher — refer to the deposit page in your account for current method-specific limits.
97pak does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside 97pak's control.
Deposits are credited to your account balance once payment confirmation is received from the processor. For JazzCash and Easypaisa this is typically instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on banking hours.
97pak reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of standard compliance procedures. This is a general financial protection measure rather than a reflection on any individual player.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name on file. You cannot withdraw to a payment account belonging to someone else.
All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. If your identity has not been verified, your withdrawal request will be held until the CNIC verification process is complete.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are PKR 1,000 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Higher minimums apply to bank transfer withdrawals. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by account tier.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
VIP Silver members and above receive priority processing which generally results in faster withdrawal completion. Processing times may extend during peak periods such as major PSL events.
97pak reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual. This is a fraud protection measure. Such checks may temporarily delay processing while documentation is reviewed.
97pak offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. 20x means you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus before any associated winnings can be withdrawn). Specific wagering multiples are stated in each promotion.
Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and sports betting contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms. Some games may be excluded entirely from wagering requirements.
Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, bets must be placed at minimum odds specified in the promotion terms to qualify for wagering contribution. Bets placed at odds below the minimum do not count toward completing the requirement.
Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account.
Sports betting on 97pak covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and over 30 other sports. By placing a bet you confirm you have read and understood the relevant betting rules for that sport and market.
Bets are accepted until the market closes, which may be before the event starts or at any point during live in-play betting. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled by the player.
Void Bets: A bet will be voided and your stake returned in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result, a match is not completed within the agreed time frame per specific sport rules, or a market is incorrectly priced due to a manifest error.
Manifest Errors: If odds are displayed at a level that is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — for example, a cricket match winner market priced at a fraction of what the true odds should be — 97pak reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. This protects the integrity of the platform for all players.
Live In-Play Betting: Live betting odds update in real time. There may be a short delay between placing a bet and confirmation during high-traffic periods. During this delay the odds may change. Your bet will be settled at the odds at the time of confirmed acceptance, which will be displayed on your bet slip.
97pak's casino section includes slots from third-party software providers, live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and others) and other casino-style games. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing by human dealers streamed in real time.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are available in the game information panel before you play. These are theoretical long-term averages across millions of game rounds — individual session outcomes will vary significantly and can be higher or lower than the stated RTP.
All game results are final once the round is completed. Technical malfunctions void all game round pays and plays. If a disconnection occurs during a game round the outcome is determined by the server-side game record, which is the authoritative result.
The 97pak VIP programme has four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier qualification is based on total PKR wagered across all platform sections — sports betting, slots and live casino — during a calendar month.
Tier status is reviewed on the first day of each calendar month. Players who meet the qualifying activity threshold for a given tier will be advanced to that tier at the start of the following month. Players who do not meet the activity threshold to maintain their current tier may be moved to a lower tier.
VIP benefits include monthly cashback on net losses, faster withdrawal processing, access to exclusive promotions and — at Platinum and Diamond tier — a dedicated account manager. Specific cashback percentages and activity thresholds for each tier are detailed on the VIP page.

Where prohibited activity is identified, 97pak may suspend the account, withhold balances pending investigation and report activity to relevant authorities.
97pak collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
97pak will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers and fraud prevention systems only as necessary to operate the platform and fulfil obligations to you as a player.
You have the right to request access to the data 97pak holds about you. Contact support with your request and it will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.
97pak reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number on their account. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with an updated "last modified" date.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account options.
